Kuuipo Fales, AVP, IT Data Management, Village Care
Kuuipo Fales has over 10 years of experience in leading data strategy, cloud infrastructure, data governance, and data-driven culture for various organizations. She is currently the AVP Data Management at VillageCare, a not-for-profit health insurer in NYC, where she created and implemented a data roadmap that leveraged AWS, Tableau, and advanced analytics to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
She is passionate about using emerging technologies to tackle the world’s biggest challenges, such as healthcare, and sustainability. She has a background in international political economy and foreign relations and works with diverse teams and stakeholders across cultures and sectors. She is a recipient of a Henry Luce Fellowship, the CDO-1 certificate from MIT, won the product pitch award from General Assembly, a MBA from MIT and a Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College.
