With over 20 years of experience in data analytics, Jessica is a distinguished leader in the field, specializing in all facets of data projects from initial requirements analysis to deployment and training. As a seasoned professional, Jessica possesses deep, hands-on expertise in star schema/dimensional modeling, ETL architectures, and BI solution architectures. Known for a unique blend of technical and business acumen, Jessica consistently generates innovative solutions and delivers effective problem resolution.
Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Intelligence Analysis at Ellucian, Jessica has been instrumental in building a centralized Enterprise Data Analytics team, focusing on strategic business intelligence, data architecture, data governance, and data science. Under Jessica’s leadership, the company successfully transitioned to Snowflake, modernizing its data warehousing and enhancing reporting capabilities. Jessica collaborates closely with business units to align data insights with strategic goals and has established key committees to standardize metrics and improve data reliability for advanced analytics applications.
Previously, as a Senior Solution Architect at Tiber Solutions, Jessica provided technical leadership across diverse projects for clients including Amtrak and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Jessica excelled in developing and coaching teams on architecture and design patterns, leading strategic project planning, and managing requirements gathering using agile methodologies. Jessica played a critical role in designing and implementing complex BI solutions, including star schemas, ETL processes, and Tableau dashboards.
